About the Role
A leading global communications agency is looking to appoint an Associate Director to help establish and grow a dedicated crisis communications offering within its corporate practice.
This role works closely with the recently appointed Head of Crisis. The successful candidate will bring a strong understanding of the agency environment and the commercial side of building and growing a practice.
The role will involve advising clients through complex reputational challenges, contributing to new business development and working collaboratively across the wider agency.

Key Requirements
The successful candidate will:
Be operating at Associate Director, or an equivalent level
Have a strong agency background
Bring significant crisis communications experience, ideally accounting for a substantial proportion of their current portfolio
Demonstrate strong commercial awareness and an understanding of how to develop an agency proposition
Have experience contributing to new business development
Be entrepreneurial, proactive and comfortable working within a newly established team
Be able to collaborate effectively across different teams and disciplines within the wider business
Salary: £80,000 - £85,000
