The Role
The consultancy is seeking an Associate Director or Director to spearhead the development of a new part of the business. This is a rare opportunity to create something from the ground up, while benefiting from the backing of an ambitious and supportive senior team.
You will:
Lead the development of a new practice area in sectors such as Technology, Defence, FMCG, or Financial Services.
Build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers across your chosen sector.
Secure new clients and drive business growth in emerging areas.
Deliver high-quality policy, public affairs, and communications advice to clients.
Mentor colleagues and contribute to the consultancy’s leadership team.

What’s on Offer
Salary from £70,000 - £100,000 depending on experience.
Performance-related annual bonus up to 15%.
Membership of Long-Term Incentive Plan which could deliver a further 15% per year depending on performance.
