About the Role
This is a full-time, embedded role within one of this agency's largest clients in the health and life sciences sector. The position will support the client’s government relations set-up across Brussels and member states, with an immediate focus on Poland. The individual will work closely with senior leadership and C-suite stakeholders to shape political engagement and policy strategy in a highly complex, bio-pharma environment.

Key Requirements
5–8 years’ experience in corporate affairs, government relations, or public policy, preferably in-house
Strong knowledge of health, pharma, or bio-pharma ecosystems; med-tech or chemicals background may be considered
Comfortable advising C-suite executives directly, providing solutions rather than simply relaying information
Ability to operate within complex multinational structures and large-scale accounts (40,000+ employees)
Collaborative team player, able to work across London, Brussels, and Berlin teams
Desirable:
Native or fluent Polish speaker, with lived experience in Poland and understanding of its political and cultural systems
Prior experience in consultancy or health advisory roles
Track record of managing EU and member state government relations simultaneously
Salary: Approx. €95k (Brussels FTE) / £80k (London equivalent)
